The Hockeycontractor Training Center would like to invite all arena patrons to come experience our new facility and programs that are designed to enhance the performance of athletes of all ages. General fitness programs along with various classes will be offered along with drop in cardio equipment use for those who would like to exercise while their child is skating. Although some of our facility is still undergoing construction and programs and hours are still in development, we would like to extend an open invitation for those who may be interested in getting fit before the New Year. Certified personal training, sports performance, core training, weight loss, and group training classes are just a few of the programs that we will be offering.
