“We are the World” Saturday May 8, 2010 11:45am – 2:15pm Here’s your chance to show off your competition and/or show program to all your family and friends. The fee for doing a solo program is $30.00. This year we will be doing a closing production group number. Our theme this year is “We are the World”. Group production number will begin rehearsals Saturday April 3rd at 11:00am. Fee for the Group production is $50.00 which includes four 45 minute rehearsals and group recital fee. Please fill out the application on the back and return it with your check to the front office by APRIL 24, 2010. After the Recital, your family and friends are welcome to skate public session at our “Cheap Skate” rate of $7.00 per person. So invite ALL of your family and friends to come watch the Recital. (There is no charge to come and watch)

Please make your check out to Iceoplex. We do have a limited time so get your applications in early to ensure your spot. If time permits and you would like to do more than one program the fee is $15.00 per additional program. There will be a freestyle session on the OLY side at 9:30am if you need to practice with your music. The fee for freestyle is $12.00. Please arrive 30 minutes before the Recital begins so we can have all the music turned in.

Easy Street Ice Arena Hold Harmless Policy: The child and parent or legal guardian understand that ice skating , like most athletic activities, has a degree of unpredictability and risk involved with it and that injuries can and sometimes do occur. The child and parent or legal guardian understand and assume all risks involved in the activity for which the child and parent or legal guardian are enrolled, and agree that neither Easy Street Ice Arena or any of it’s employees and/or subcontractors shall be liable for any injuries that may occur to the student or parent and legal guardian and agree to indemnify and hold Easy Street Ice Arena and it’s employees harmless from any claims, damages, costs, including reasonable attorney fees that may arise out of participation in this activity.
